Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms and Modification
By accessing or using the Video to Slides extension (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified terms will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but it is ultimately your responsibility to stay informed.
2. Service Description and No Warranty on Accuracy
The Video to Slides extension is a software tool designed to convert video content from web pages into slide presentations. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the converted slides. The conversion process is dependent on the quality and format of source video content, and we cannot guarantee that all conversions will be accurate, properly formatted, or suitable for all purposes. You acknowledge that the output quality may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to video source quality, encoding, resolution, and content complexity.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Video to Slides extension. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 13, you may not use this Service. By purchasing a Premium subscription or making any payment to the Video to Slides Service, you explicitly agree and understand that:
- All payments for Premium subscriptions are non-refundable and constitute a final sale, regardless of whether you use the Service.
- We will not issue refunds or credits for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the Service, technical problems or bugs, poor conversion quality, changed circumstances, cancellation of subscriptions, accidental purchases, or billing errors.
- No refunds will be issued even if conversion results do not meet your expectations, even if the Service becomes unavailable during your subscription period, or even if you decide to cancel shortly after purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for duplicate charges, even if the error was caused by our system, unless a full refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.
- All refund requests will be denied without exception. This policy is absolute and applies universally to all users and all circumstances.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Your monthly payment grants access for the full calendar month regardless of when you start or stop using the Service.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. We may charge your payment method without additional notice for renewal, and you authorize all such charges.
- This no-refund policy survives termination of your account and applies retroactively to all previous purchases.
By proceeding with any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy in its entirety. This policy is binding and non-negotiable.
8. Price Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the paid Service following such notification constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
